On Thursday, April 3, experience a special Spring Wine Dinner featuring the renowned Palmaz Vineyards. Indulge in five expertly crafted main courses, each complemented by perfectly chosen wines, plus an amuse bouche, intermezzo, and petit fours.
About Palmaz Vineyards: Founded by Julio and Amalia Palmaz, this 600-acre estate blends tradition and cutting-edge technology to produce exceptional wines for generations to come. Along with their children, Florencia and Christian Gastón, and Christian’s wife, Jessica Louise, they’ve built a winery focused on creating modern vintages from their 64 acres of vineyards.
Looking ahead, don’t miss our May event, which will be a salute to summer focusing on the culinary talents of Executive Chef John Carpenter. It’s the perfect opportunity to savor incredible flavors, with expertly paired dishes highlighting the season’s finest ingredients.

Easter Spring Harvest Brunch

Hop into a world of culinary delight this Easter at Signature Restaurant in the heart of the San Antonio Hill Country. Chef John Carpenter is preparing a one-of-a-kind, elevated Easter dining experience, featuring a carefully crafted, specialty Prix Fixe menu that celebrates the fresh, vibrant flavors of Spring. Every dish is a testament to Chef Carpenter’s culinary expertise, highlighting seasonal ingredients at their peak. Stay tuned for more details on the exquisite dishes that await you! Derby Brunch Affair

Celebrate the thrill of the Kentucky Derby in style at Signature Restaurant at La Cantera on Sunday, May 4th, from 10 AM to 2 PM. Whether you attend at Churchill Downs or not, you won’t miss out on the excitement! Immerse yourself in the festive atmosphere with dazzling hats, red roses, and jazzy tunes as you sip on a Mint Juleps while taking in the breathtaking views.
Executive Chef John Carpenter has crafted a delectable Prix Fixe menu featuring gourmet dishes and signature cocktails, perfect for celebrating this iconic event. Enjoy delicious food, refreshing beverages, and all the Derby excitement—without the crowds.

Celebrate Mom in style and treat her to a memorable dining experience that honors her with every bite. Chef John Carpenter’s exquisite menu will offer a luxurious twist on classic favorites, seasonal ingredients, and unforgettable flavors that will delight her senses.
In the evening, treat Mom to an unforgettable 8-Course Prix Fixe Menu experience from 5:30 PM to 9 PM, crafted by Chef and his team for $135 per person. A children’s Tasting Menu will also be available for $65. Please note, our regular menu will not be available on Mother’s Day.

Every few weeks, Chef John releases an inspired new Tasting Menu of some of Signature’s best dishes. Available Friday and Saturday nights, his latest menu includes courses of Ora King Salmon, an Octopus Taco, and Short Rib with heirloom carrots and Smoked Blue Cheese Gnocchi. Make your reservation to savor before it’s gone!
Signature Hour
Monday-Friday at the Bar | 4:30-6pm
Sample some of Signature’s best, including wine specials and $9 select cocktails. Dine on Oysters & Caviar, Truffle Arancini or dig into a Bordelaise Burger. Whether you’re winding down after work, catching up with friends, or looking for the perfect pre-dinner treat, Signature Hour is the spot for good vibes and great flavors.

Lanson “Le Black Label” Brut Champagne
The flagship wine from the fourth oldest Champagne house, showcasing their signature style of rich, generous fruit with a long and well-balanced finish. Crisp apple & pear, citrusy acidity, toasted brioche, and a chalky minerality. $29/glass
Taittinger “Prestige” Brut Rose Champaagne
One of few remaining family-owned Champagne houses. Known for devoting time to aging and producing wines of elegance & finesse. Creamy, delicate mousse with ripe raspberry & strawberry, mandarin orange peel, and a subtle floral nuance. $39/glass
Cruse Wine Co. “Tradition” Extra Brut California Sparkling Rose
Made using the traditional Champagne method, and produced from a blend of pinot noir (68%) and chardonnay. A full-bodied rose with richness that is cut by brisk acidity. Rich cherry fruit, watermelon, grapefruit, followed by a nutty, briny minerality. $124/bottle
