Teddy Bear Brunch
November 2 | 10am-2pm
The beloved Teddy Bear Brunch returns, honoring Children’s Grief Awareness Month, and benefitting the Children’s Bereavement Center of South Texas. Share in a morning of comfort and community, where every bite carries a purpose, and every smile helps heal.
Guests are also encouraged to bring a new teddy bear to donate, offering a symbol of love and comfort to children in need.
$75 per adult | $45 per child
Seasonal Dinner Menu
Executive Chef John Carpenter invites you to explore a menu that reflects the season’s soft edges and bold hues. Begin with delicate tuna dressed in watermelon and avocado. Linger over summer truffle risotto laced with glazed maitake mushrooms. Then savor the richness of Texas Wagyu strip loin or the nuanced sweetness of seared scallop and caviar. Every dish a memory in the making.
Signature Hour
Monday – Friday at the Bar | 4:30-6pm
Sample some of Signature’s best, including wine specials and $9 select cocktails. Dine on Fried Oysters, Truffle Arancini, Pork Belly or dig into a Signature Burger. Whether you’re winding down after work, catching up with friends, or looking for the perfect pre-dinner treat, Signature Hour is the spot for good vibes and great flavors.
Chef John Carpenter's Tasting Menus

Every few weeks, Chef John releases an inspired new Tasting Menu of some of Signature’s best dishes. Available Thursday through Saturday nights, his latest menu includes courses of king salmon, caviar & scallops, gnocchi, venison with cherry port jus, and a sweet crescendo of yuzu cheesecake mousse. Make your reservation to savor before it’s gone!
