Monday – Friday at the Bar | 4:30-6pm
Sample some of Signature’s best, including wine specials and $9 select cocktails. Dine on Fried Oysters, Truffle Arancini, Pork Belly or dig into a Signature Burger. An Evening Curated, Course by Course
A seasonal tasting experience designed to unfold with intention. Each course builds on the last, from bright, coastal beginnings to rich, layered finishes.
Highlights include tuna with passion fruit ponzu, truffled scallop with sweet corn risotto, and Texas lamb with black garlic and Thai basil. The evening closes with a warm corn cake and petite fours, leaving a lasting impression.
Optional wine pairings are available to complement each course.
