Signature Hour
Monday – Friday at the Bar | 4:30-6pm
Sample some of Signature’s best, including wine specials and $9 select cocktails. Dine on Fried Oysters, Truffle Arancini, Pork Belly or dig into a Signature Burger. Whether you’re winding down after work, catching up with friends, or looking for the perfect pre-dinner treat, Signature Hour is the spot for good vibes and great flavors.

Every few weeks, Chef John releases an inspired new Tasting Menu of some of Signature’s best dishes. Available Thursday through Saturday nights, his latest menu includes courses of scallop & saffron, summer risotto, Texas Wagyu with green garlic, and a sweet crescendo of almond chocolate cake & strawberry-sage sorbet.
